Our Problem
When family visited for a month, we needed space.
When we went back to Europe for 4 weeks, our place sat empty (and we still paid rent).
When we tried to work remotely and travel around the country, Airbnb prices were brutal and lease terms didn't fit.

The Gap We Found
But the options were:
- Short-term rentals: Too expensive, too touristy
- 12-month leases: Too long, too inflexible
- Subletting: Too dodgy, too stressful
So we'd squeeze family onto air mattresses. Pay double rent. Miss opportunities.
CHAPTER 04
The Moment It Clicked
Then it hit us: we're not alone in this.
Nurses doing hospital rotations. Families between settlements. Work contractors. People visiting relatives. Australians heading home for a month.
